An Authentic Dialogue & Conflict Resolution Course
Course Description
In this engaging and interactive series of workshops, participants will learn essential skills for effective communication, conflict resolution, and peer coaching. Through a combination of discussions, role-play, and hands-on activities, participants will develop empathetic listening, empathetic questioning, tolerance, honest expression, and self-awareness. By the end of the course, they will be equipped with practical tools to reduce conflicts among peers and help build a more harmonious and supportive community.
Each workshop is expected to last approximately 45-60 minutes.
This course is designed for participants in schools (age 12+), universities, community groups, and organizations.
Workshop 1: Introduction to Authentic Dialogue and Conflict Resolution

The power of clear communication
Identifying and expressing emotions effectively
