Let’s shine a spotlight on a pivotal aspect of our program: co-creating shared values.

Individual Reflection

This process begins with individual reflection. Participants embark on a personal exploration of their core values - the principles that resonate deep within. This introspective phase is essential to discovering the alignment that already exists among team members.

With individual core values in hand, the team moves on to convergence and consolidation. Conversations unfold, where each participant shares their values. It’s a rich exchange that illuminates the uniqueness of the team.

Collective Illumination

From this meaningful exchange, patterns and themes emerge. The collective energy shapes the identification of common threads that weave through the team members’ values. This consolidation phase is where shared language begins to form - a language that unifies the team and helps to streamline communication. The team collectively decides on shared values that will serve as the anchor of their shared decision-making and conflict resolution processes. These shared values are not arbitrarily handed down - they are carefully chosen, embodying the spirit of the team and serving as the cornerstones of their collective identity.

Shared values become the bedrock of trust within the team. When everyone can rally around a set of principles they collectively endorse, trust flourishes. It’s the assurance that, despite differences, there’s common ground that unites. Shared values become a unifying force, fostering a sense of belonging and cohesion.

These five shared values aren’t just words - they become a guiding light, a compass for decision-making, a reference point for behavior, and a constant reminder of the shared commitment that propels the team forward.
