This five-session program is designed to teach an agile process for developing, implementing, and iterating cultural practices that align with your team’s mission, vision, core values, and D.E.I objectives while remaining connected and resilient through change.
Sessions build progressively towards a coherent and collaborative framework for your team to operate from — focusing on understanding individual needs and values as a necessary foundation to build alignment and fulfill team and organizational goals.
Workshops
Create Healthy Personal Relationships & Thriving Organizational Culture with Authentic Dialogue
This workshop will teach your team how to make decisions and resolve conflicts in a way that is inclusive, builds trust, and strengthens relationships.
Authentic Dialogue vs. Debate Simulation
During this workshop, your team chooses a polarizing topic to debate. After debating, we facilitate an authentic dialogue on the same topic. This immersive experience helps participants physically and emotionally feel the differences between debate (divisive) and authentic dialogue (unifying) and inspires a greater awareness of the benefits of authentic dialogue.
Collaborative Consent-Based Decision Making
During this workshop, we will teach your team an agile decision-making process that is inclusive, empowering, quick, and flexible enough to meet the demands of rapid change.
During this self-paced on-demand workshop, you will be introduced to a communication framework called Authentic Dialogue and how to use it to resolve workplace conflict.

Team Coaching
As you begin to integrate the tools and insights gained from our training program or individual workshops, it can be useful to have continued support to help ensure a more efficient and effective integration. Ultimately, you need a team that can self-organize, co-create, align, and adapt to change — our coaching services are oriented toward these goals.
Executive Coaching
In addition to coaching focused on integrating what we teach in our workshops, Grow Dialogue also offers Executive Coaching independent of our other programs. When you’re leading a business, organization, or team it’s critical that you’re deeply in touch with your personal values — managing change and human relationships from your personal source of inspiration. Regardless of the current challenges and opportunities before you, our executive coaches will partner with you to define and achieve your goals.
ALC Academic Coaching
Like Agile Learning Centers (ALC’s), Grow Dialogue’s trainings are rooted in intentional culture creation using agile management tools. We leverage our experience working with ALC’s to partner with them to provide academic coaching. Grow Dialogue’s ALC Academic Coaching provides ALC students with the chance to work individually with our coaches to enhance their academic skills, gain confidence, discover motivation, and improve performance.
